The Financial Services Tribunal (FST) is established under the Financial Institutions Act and has the authority to hear and decide appeals of enforcement decisions made by the Insurance Council of British Columbia, the Superintendent of Real Estate, the Superintendent of Pensions, the Registrar of Mortgage Brokers, and the Superintendent of Financial Institutions.
